Established in 1955 in Kyoto,
Sanwa Cine Equipment Rental grew into a general equipment rental group dealing with film camera,
HD camera, lens, lighting equipment, crane and grip.

Group History

1955	Tosai Yasumoto founded Yasumoto Eizai in Kyoto and began renting film cameras.
1963	Opened a sales office in Umeda, Osaka.
1964	Opened a sales office in Shibuya, Tokyo.
1970	Relocated the sales office from Shibuya to Akasaka.
1971	Reorganized as Sanwa Eizai-sha Co., Ltd.
1977	Began video equipment rentals. Became the exclusive distributor in Japan for J.L. Fisher (USA).
1978	Began lighting equipment rentals.
1980	Became the exclusive distributor in Japan for Panavision (USA). Became the exclusive distributor in Japan for Tyler Camera Systems (USA).
1982	Spun off the video division into a separate company, Sanwa Video Center Co., Ltd.
1985	Completed the headquarters building in Toyosaki, Osaka.
1986	Became the exclusive distributor in Japan for Unilux (USA).
1988	Opened a sales office in Kamiyoga, Tokyo.
1992	Completed a branch office building in Kojimachi, Tokyo.
1998	Founder Tosai Yasumoto received the 30th Masutani Award from the Motion Picture and Television Engineering Society of Japan (MPTE).
1999	Spun off the light grip division into a separate company, Sanwa Pro-Light Co., Ltd. Masaharu Yasumoto assumed the position of Representative Director of Sanwa Pro-Light. Completed the Sanwa Toyosaki No. 2 Building in Toyosaki, Osaka.
2002	Established ProCam Inc. in Seoul, South Korea. Yoshiharu Yasumoto assumed the position of Representative Director of ProCam Inc.
2004	Began HD equipment rentals.
2007	Founder Tosai Yasumoto received the "Award for Distinguished Service in Film" at the 5th Agency for Cultural Affairs Film Awards. Tosai Yasumoto assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Sanwa Eizai-sha. Yoshiharu Yasumoto assumed the position of Representative Director of Sanwa Eizai-sha.
2009	Merged with Sanwa Video Center.
2018	Yoshiharu Yasumoto assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of ProCam Inc. An Jin-seok assumed the position of Representative Director of ProCam Inc.
2022	Yoshiharu Yasumoto assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Sanwa Eizai-sha. Masaharu Yasumoto assumed the position of Representative Director of Sanwa Eizai-sha.
